Notification of order on TCS POS
The items to be shipped will appear under Reports > Sales Order to Ship



Checking the Garments & QC
Locate the garment / product in store.
CHECK the garments thoroughly to ensure you have the correct product and size as requested on the order.
Inspect the garment to ensure there is no damage or faults. If the garment is not in perfect condition, notify Customer Service ASAP.



Packing the Order
Fold the garments nicely and place on top of two pieces of tissue paper.




Goods that should be packed in a Box:
- Suits
- Sports Coats
- Outerwear
- A combination of items too big for a satchel

You will need:
- Anthony Squires online order box
- 2x sheets of Anthony Squires tissue
- Anthony Squires sticker
- Suit Bag
- Coat Hanger
- Order picking slip
- Returns form
- Receipt envelope
- Thank You card

Assemble the Anthony Squires online order box. Place two sheets of tissue inside the box.

Remove the suit pants from the hanger, fold in half lengthwise and place in the bottom of the box on top of the tissue.

Remove the jacket from the hanger and fold by holding the jacket at the back of the neck, use your hand to press one of the shoulders inward until it is tucked into the opposite shoulder of the jacket.

Make sure the lapel is nice and straight, then fold the jacket lengthwise and place into the box.

Wrap the tissue paper over the top of the garment/s until it overlaps and seal with an Anthony Squires sticker. Ensure that the sticker is centred on the garment and the logo is straight.

Place the coat hanger in the box on top of the wrapped garments.

Fold the customer returns form and picking slip into quarters and insert into the receipt envelope.

Place the receipt envelope and a Thank You card on top of the garment/s.

Fold the suit bag in half and lay on top.

Close and seal the box. Affix shipping labels to the outside of the box.

Record Tracking information in TCS POS.


Online Order Satchels




Goods that should be packed in a Satchel:
- Shirts
- Knitwear
- Casual wear

You will need:
- Anthony Squires online order satchel
- 2x sheets of Anthony Squires tissue
- Anthony Squires sticker
- Order picking slip
- Returns form
- Receipt envelope
- Thank You card

Place two sheets of Anthony Squires tissue on a flat surface.

Fold the garment/s if applicable, and place on top of the tissue.

Wrap the tissue paper over the top of the garment/s until it overlaps and seal with an Anthony Squires sticker. Ensure that the sticker is centred on the garment and the logo is straight.

Carefully insert the wrapped garment/s into the satchel.

Fold the customer returns form and picking slip into quarters and insert into the receipt envelope. Place the receipt envelope and a Thank You card into the bag with the garment/s.

Peel the backing off the tape, pull down until the contents of the satchel fit tightly and secure.

Affix shipping labels to the outside of the satchel.

Record Tracking information in TCS POS.


Closing the order on TCS POS
Click on the road map icon to ship the order.



Fill the tracking number which is mandatory and then press fulfill from the bottom.
Please do note that you will not be able to press Fulfill until you enter the tracking number.



You will get a confirmation stating the order was fully paid and the transaction has been recorded.
