- Outerwear
- A combination of items too big for a large satchel
Locate the specified garments that have been requested to be returned to warehouse.
NB: Please ensure the following:
- Garment Size, Style & Colour are Correct
- The garment/s have no faults and are in a saleable condition
- For suits, that the Jacket and Pants are both from the same set (sizing correct and not mismatched)
Label the outside of the satchel with the delivery and return addresses. Please address as follows, making sure to include the Return Authority Code.

Affix a blue sticker to the address section of the express post bag so that the warehouse can identify the package is for an online order.
Fold garments using the directions in the video.
NB: For suits, sports coats and outerwear do not forget to pack the coat hanger into the satchel. Express Post bags containing coat hangers will need to be lodged at post office as hangers do not fit in the Post Box.
Peel the backing off the tape, pull down until the contents of the satchel fit tightly and secure.
Remove the Yellow ‘Sender to Keep’ sticker from the satchel and keep on record with corresponding RA Number. Send the tracking information to Customer Service via email.
