Q – Which payment methods do you accept?

A – In our stores we accept cash or debit cards and Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Online we accept all these cards plus PayPal and Afterpay.

Q – Why has my payment failed?

A – There are many reasons a payment can fail. The first thing to check is whether you entered the card details correctly and if you have sufficient funds in that account. If you still encounter a problem, you should contact your card issuer to check your account has not been flagged for security reasons. If you encounter any other issues, please contact our Customer Care team and we will attempt to help.

Q – What is your Returns & Exchange policy?

A – Anthony Squires is a luxury clothing brand built on delivering exceptional quality garments with service designed to inspire. We want you to be satisfied with every aspect of your interaction with us and will do what is fair and reasonable to achieve this. Q – Do you offer Free Shipping?

A – Yes. Anthony Squires offers free standard delivery on all Australian orders over AUD$100. This does not apply to orders being sent overseas.

Q – How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A – This all depends on the shipping option you select and where the parcel is being sent. All orders are subject to stock availability and wherever possible will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 1 business day. Click here to see shipping options and expected delivery timeframes.

Q – Will my garments arrive in good condition if I order online?

A – Suits, Sport Coats and Trousers are carefully pressed and then packed in a specially designed box to ensure the garment arrives in perfect condition. Shirts are folded and will require ironing before they are ready to wear.

Q – Do you offer personal tailoring online?

A – Personal tailoring is not available online, only in selected stores.

Q – How do I use a discount or coupon code?

A – Coupon codes or discount codes can be used in the shopping cart area prior to checkout. Because these codes are generally for VIP members only, you must be logged into your account for the COUPON CODE field to be visible. First log in with your Anthony Squires account and then place the items you wish to purchase into your cart. Click the cart icon on the top right hand of the screen, click VIEW CART to enter your code in the field. This will activate any valid promotion or discount code.

Q – How do I arrange a consultation or a fitting?

A – All our store staff are highly experienced and trained in fitting Anthony Squires garments. You can arrange a personal or group fitting with the Anthony Squires store of your choice by visiting the STORE LOCATOR page and contacting that store. If you wish to arrange a bespoke fitting with a qualified Tailor, you will need to visit one of our Flagship stores in Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra. Click here for details.

A – It is a rare privilege to be fitted for a bespoke suit by a skilled Tailor and one we are very pleased to be able to share at our Flagship store locations in Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra.
