A - There are many reasons payment errors can occur and a number of steps you can take to resolve potential issues. Please review your personal and credit card information to verify that everything has been entered correctly. You could also try a different credit card or payment method, such as PayPal. If problems persist, please contact your bank, as it is possible that your account lacks sufficient funds or has been flagged for security reasons. For any other issues or questions, please contact our Customer Care representatives.
A - Anthony Squires wants to ensure that you are satisfied with the fit, design, and quality of the garments you have purchased. We recognize that, despite our best intentions with this website, your perceptions of what you have purchased, and what you receive, may differ. For this reason you may exchange your purchase, or return it for a full refund (based on the original form of payment), within 21 days of purchase. Where the return is due to a fault with the garment, the period for return may be extended. If the fault is minor, we will repair and return the garment.
A - You may return the garment to Anthony Squires, PO Box 8135, Northland centre, Vic. 3072. Please ensure proof of purchase documentation is included, provide a reason for the return, and indicate with the return whether you require an exchange or a refund. If the return is for reasons of quality, the garment may be repaired and returned to you. Note that Anthony Squires’ staff will examine the garment on receipt; if there is indication that it has been treated in an abnormal manner, the return will not be accepted.
A - Free delivery on all orders over AUD $100. This does not apply to orders outside of Australia. All orders placed with Anthony Squires Pty Ltd are subject to stock availability and wherever possible will be dispatched within 2 working days.
A - Anthony Squires offers worldwide delivery, with the exception of Russia, Cuba, Iran, Azerbaijan and North Korea.
A - If you request an exchange, we will proceed with sending you the exchanged product(s) as soon as we have correctly received the returned goods.
A - Personal tailoring is not available online, only in selected stores.
A - Coupon codes or discount codes can be used in the shopping cart area prior to checkout. Because these codes are generally for VIP members only, you must be logged into your account for the “Coupon code” field to be visible. First log in with your Anthony Squires account, place the items you wish to purchase into your cart, then proceed to the “Cart”. Click the cart icon on the top right hand of the screen, once the shopping slider opens, click “view cart” then proceed to enter your code in the field. This will activate any promotion or discount code.

A - You can arrange a personal or group fitting with the store location of your choice at a time that’s best for you. Simply click on “Service” in the header of the site and click on “Tailoring consultation” here you can make an appointment as you wish, our professional tailors are at your beck and call!
